He has a BSBA in Information Systems with more than 15 years management experience applying information technology in a range of business contexts. His technical expertise, business savvy and “can do” attitude ensures that TXI customers experience unparalleled leadership and support as he and his team translate the latest technology into real world, affordable solutions with tangible impact on the top and bottom line.
Business Operations Manager
James (Jim) Powers is the Business Operations Manager for TXI. Jim has a BSBA in Accounting and an MBA in International Business with more than 25 years experience in senior management positions responsible for financial, administrative and IT support operations in many diverse industries. He manages all aspects of business operations from billing and finance to quality assurance. Jim ensures that every aspect of TXI service meets the highest standards down to the smallest detail.
The Technical Staff
Our technical support team brings together years of technology expertise with tons of business savvy applying IT for maximum business effect. Their technical acumen is sharpened by their hands-on experience in the many industries to which TXI delivers service. Our customers spend less time bringing our team up to speed so that we can hit the ground running.
